Without Education, a Human is Like an Animal
Role of education in life Let me explain:- In a backward area of a busy city, there was a small, worn-out house where a boy named Rey lived. Rey was simple and hardworking, but he had never developed any interest in studies—mainly because he had never truly been exposed to it. He was also an introvert, someone who kept to himself and avoided interaction.
His parents tried their best and sent him to school, but Rey always felt uncomfortable there. The crowded classrooms, unfamiliar environment, and constant pressure made him withdraw even more. Slowly, he started believing that school and education were not meant for him. In his mind, work felt easier and more natural than studying.

Every day, Rey spent his time helping around, doing small tasks, and staying within his limited world. He didn’t realize that beyond his surroundings, there was a much bigger world waiting to be understood.
One day, a teacher named (Ratnakar) came to that area for a community teaching program. He began gathering children and teaching them in a simple and friendly way. Rey noticed from a distance, but as always, he stayed away.
One day, Ratnakar approached him and gently asked,
“Why don’t you come to study?”
Rey smiled awkwardly and replied,
“I don’t need it. I feel uncomfortable there… I’m fine the way I am.”
Ratnakar understood him and calmly said,
“Working is not wrong, Rey. But working without understanding limits your growth. Education doesn’t force you—it helps you think, understand, and choose your own path.”
For the first time, someone had spoken to Rey in a way he could relate to. These words stayed with him.
The next day, without telling anyone, Rey quietly joined the class. In the beginning, everything felt difficult—letters, writing, understanding—it was all new and uncomfortable. But this time, something was different. He didn’t run away.
Slowly, with patience and guidance, Rey started learning.
After a few months, Rey had changed. He could read books, ask questions, and most importantly—he had started to understand things beyond his small world.
One day, he said to his friend (Rouge),
“(Rouge), now I understand that just working is not enough. If a person has no education, he only does what he is told… just like an animal.”
(Rouge) remained silent. For the first time, he realized that his son had truly changed.
Moral of the Story
“That’s how education changes someone’s life forever—it transforms thinking, builds confidence, and gives a person the power to choose their own path instead of just following others.”
“Education doesn’t just teach—it transforms a person’s life forever by turning confusion into clarity and limitations into opportunities.”
- Improves Thinking – Develops the ability to think logically and make better decisions
- Builds Personality – Shapes overall growth and understanding of life
- Boosts Confidence – Helps a person express themselves without fear
- Power to Choose Own Path – Enables independent decision-making and direction in life
- Transforms Life – Brings positive and long-term changes
- Creates Clarity – Turns confusion into clear understanding
- Converts Limitations into Opportunities – Helps overcome weaknesses and grow beyond limits
Education is the foundation of every person’s life, staying with them throughout their entire journey until their last breath. It is not merely a means to secure a job or build a career, but it provides the ability to make the right decisions at every turn in life. –As important as it is to gain education, it is even more important to recognize the right kind of education. Education itself is neutral—its proper use makes a person better, more aware, and wiser, while its misuse can lead them towards confusion and destruction.
Choose right path:- with true guideance.
